I've been seeing Doc for about 10 years and can't imagine life without both he and Thaahirah. Not only do I value the years of knowledge, caring, treatments, and amazing results ... I value their friendship. I consider myself very fortunate to have such a fantastic resource available and don't hesitate to see Doc on a regular basis.
We all have choices to make. We can choose to close our minds and live a lesser quality of life, even though we are aware of the many alternatives before us ... or we can choose to follow the path of optimum health with an open mind and heart. Most times the more difficult choice is the most rewarding, and we never know how much we can achieve unless we try. Comfort zones and comfort food are both extremely hard to shake, but it is possible with the gentle guidance from the man who knows the way
Many times, as he states the best method or remedy to solve a problem, he smiles that familiar smile that says, "Oh come on, you know you can do it if you set your mind to it" and of course ... he's always right. It might mean that I have to stop doing something I've been doing for years, or start doing something that I've never done before. Either way the suggestion will invariably work, and I come back the next time with a hearty "You were right as usual!" and feel the pride of genuine accomplishment.
You see, it is not just better health that is the reward ... it is also a better sense of self and the confidence to do what is best. With Doc's guidance, I now have an amazing ability to know much more about what is actually going on in my entire system. I might not be able to fix it myself, but I can certainly convey it to Doc, and nine times out of ten I'm right on the money! When you think about it, that is quite a phenomenon by itself
Like I said before, we all have choices to make. One of the best I've made, by far, is that choice I made ten years ago, and I've never looked back since. Thanks Doc!
